Our policy lasts for 15 days from the date of delivery. If they have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and/or show obvious factory defects not resulting from customer tampering.
The product must also be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging.
We do NOT offer returns if the customer has changed his mind about the order, as the same guarantee is offered up to 3 hours after the purchase of the product.
We do NOT offer returns for delays in delivery, unless it is a personal agreement between the Montessori Games team and the customer. However, our guarantee covers the case where the product is not received within 50 days of the order.
To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is published.
If you still have not received your refund after going through all these steps, please contact us at email@example.com.
We suggest that you notify us by email before returning the item.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged item may vary.
If you are sending an item with a value of more than €50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

DEADLINES FOR CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT/RETURN:
Please read the terms and conditions below:
- Check if the ordered products are damaged or broken within 15 days at the latest;
- If the products are damaged or broken, send photos and videos to email@example.com;
- To benefit from the guarantee, no more than 15 days must have passed since the arrival of the order.
- If you do not comply with our conditions we will not be able to issue a refund. Incomplete applications will not be refunded;
- If you are successful, we will explain how to proceed.
We are free to (reasonably) refuse a refund if we are not satisfied with the evidence provided.
The costs of shipping the refund and the process itself are the responsibility of the purchaser.
